Paypal Blank Page Issue - paypal.d1.sc.omtrdc.net

In Early January 2013, Paypal made some changes to their website.

They added some javascript (mainly to do with tracking cookies), and this caused issues with Firefox users - especially Firefox 3.5. There are good reasons to keep using older versions of firefox, because certain addons and plugins only work with older versions.

When attempting to visit the Paypal login page, the page seems to load properly, but after a split second, the page goes blank. Completely white. Firefox then seems to be loading a page, but it never gets anywhere.

The status bar says:
Transferring data from paypal.d1.sc.omtrdc.net...

The solution:

Install Adblock Plus. Then block the following items:

https://www.paypalobjects.com/WEBSCR-640-20121028-1/js/site_catalyst/pp_jscode_080706.js

paypalobjects.com/WEBSCR-640-20121028-1/js/site_catalyst/*

Paypal should start working properly again.

Please spell out step-by-step how to block:
